CNET software technology PLC has successfully accredited one of its POS system on October 30 2010. This POS system is specifically designed to restaurant and hospitality industry. It is also noted that CNET will accredit all the rest of 13 POS system designed for different industries.

It was known the Ras Hotels Enterprise has appointed another consultant to do the job and the manager has said that the old consultant has failed to complete the project in a given time frame.

Newyork-NewYork supermarket and Restaurant the subsidiary companies of The Big Apple PLC has changed the existing system to CNET ERP System. the reason to change the system was, the existing system that has run for the last four years was unsecured and open for fraud. as a result of the weak security system implemented by the old consultant has caused the company hundreds of thousand Ethiopian Birr and resulted few staff in jail and some key management staffs out of their job.

Total Ethiopia has chosen CNET_ERP POS system to automate selected 10 gas station supermarket in the capital city Addis Ababa. The project is believed to scale up for every gas station on successful completion the pilot project.

Cnet Software technologies PLC and Jupiter International Hotels Enterprise has signed an agreement to computerize the two 4 star hotels built by Jupiter Business Group. The 4 star hotels are expected to be opened before the African head of states summit to be held in Addis Ababa late January.

Ethiopian Ministry of revenue is about to implement a fiscal law as of Sep 1. The ministry held talks with different business like Hotel Associations and Supermarket owner on how to implement the system and to create awareness. You can find the copy of the law in our download page.
